Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)

The POPI Act is a privacy law effective from 1 July 2021 in South Africa, designed to protect people's private information. SpenTech is legally compliant with the requirements of POPIA and is committed to protecting our clients' personal information, which will only be used for the purposes agreed by them.

What is Personal Information?

According to the POPI Act, personal information includes but is not limited to:

Automatic Collection of Information
